Delivered Work
Coastal retreats, green townhouse communities, urban marketplaces and cultural buildings — a selection of projects delivered with our CFS and Modular platforms.
New Zealand · Completed 2023
A new standard of vacation luxury along New Zealand's coastline. Our resort, with its cold-formed steel villas, offers a blend of modern elegance and sustainable living. Situated in the Waikato Region, this resort completed in 2023 provides a retreat that respects and enhances the natural landscape.
Each villa is a study in eco-friendly design. Constructed with sustainable materials, these homes prioritise energy efficiency, with layouts that embrace natural light and ventilation.
Hainan, China · Completed 2024
In the heart of Sanya, Hainan Province, a new pinnacle of residential living emerged. This premium townhouse community, completed in 2024, showcases ultra-light cold-formed steel construction. Each townhouse carries a modern minimalist design, with sleek lines and open spaces that define contemporary luxury.
Advanced insulation and energy-efficient systems reduce energy use significantly, while the steel structure keeps the buildings durable and low in maintenance — further reducing their environmental footprint.
Los Angeles, USA · Under Construction
In Los Angeles, a new cultural and commercial landmark is taking shape. The LA Creative Bazaar sits at the intersection of Melrose Avenue and La Brea Boulevard — a hotspot for art, fashion and innovation. Currently under construction, this temporary marketplace for creative products is set to reshape retail with its approach to modular construction.
The project pioneers flexible, box-style modular structures designed for rapid assembly, creating a dynamic and adaptable retail space. The box units can be expanded and stacked to suit vendors and visitor flow — a shopping experience that moves with the creative pulse of the city.
Cultural
Our ultra-light steel structure buildings carry an exterior design that aligns with traditional architectural aesthetics while infusing a contemporary design sensibility. Each one is a study in modern elegance, where form and function coexist in a facade that lifts its surroundings.
A steel frame gives the building the strength to span open, flexible interior spaces that a cultural programme needs — without compromising the architectural character of the envelope.

How the shift away from timber framing and concrete masonry units plays out in real buildings.
The construction sector is shifting towards cold-formed steel structures, away from timber framing and concrete masonry units — driven by durability, dimensional stability and resistance to decay and pests.
High molecular weight polymer exterior cladding and bamboo charcoal interior panels add fire and water resistance plus thermal insulation — reducing the energy footprint across the life of the building.
Whether your project suits a CFS frame or a volumetric box, both are produced in the same Xiamen facility under the same quality system.
